Tyler brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his role as Client Care Coordinator. Originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, Tyler faced years of addiction following multiple spinal surgeries in his teens, ultimately finding lasting recovery in California on November 27, 2018. Before his current role, he spent five years as an Admissions Coordinator, gaining extensive experience supporting clients through the early stages of their treatment journeys.

Now, he draws on both his professional background and personal journey to guide clients with empathy, understanding, and practical support. Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted father and lifelong songwriter, sharing his story to inspire hope and resilience.
