James has worked in the drug and alcohol treatment field for 10 years, beginning his career as a behavioral health technician. He has been with Elysium for five years and was promoted internally because of his competence, leadership, and ability to foster a positive and supportive environment.

Having faced similar challenges in his own life, James brings deep empathy and authenticity to his role. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is seeing the profound growth clients experience physically, emotionally, and spiritually from the moment they arrive to the time they complete the program.
