What We Offer
During supervised detox, you receive 24-7 supervision, care, and emotional support from compassionate medical professionals and staff. These team members monitor your progress and safety while ensuring you’re as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. American BEST Health’s Hillcrest Recovery Center offers Chatsworth Drug detox, Chatworth alcohol detox as well as Chatsworth drug and alcohol treatment in the inpatient and aftercare settings.
After detox, you may transition to residential treatment in one of our upscale residential treatment centers. You’ll have 24/7 support and care as you work one-on-one with doctors and therapists, attend healing group sessions, and learn the skills you need to stay on the road to recovery. Depending on your unique needs, a residential treatment program may last for 28, 90, 120 days or more. After this, you step down into outpatient programs like the following.
PHP is a highly-structured step down from full-time recovery care and support of residential treatment. While in PHP, you may spend 4-8 hours a day, 3-5 days a week in therapy, group, and one-on-one sessions as part of your personalized care plan. You then go home at night to a safe and supportive environment of family or friends.
IOPs are a step down from PHP but similar. You may attend fewer hours a week. American BEST Health offers both residential and IOP treatment.
As you transition into a regular outpatient program, you may attend one-on-one sessions and group meetings 3-6 hours a week. You continue to work to meet the goals you’ve set for the program and always have someone to talk to.
You continue to keep scheduled appointments in aftercare perhaps once or twice a week at American BEST Health’s luxury outpatient center, Outpatient Los Angeles.
